Everything we launched at our Summer Product Showcase 2026

See how Marvin makes it easier to collect customer feedback, uncover answers, and put shared customer knowledge to work.

Customer knowledge is only as good as its reach. Feedback stuck in one inbox, one tool, or last quarter's report is easy to lose and hard to act on.

We believe research should be faster and more trustworthy. But never at the cost of losing touch with the people you're building for.
This belief shaped everything we built this summer: new ways to capture feedback in the moment, connect it to what your company already knows, and move from question to decision with less manual work.

Read on for highlights from our Summer Product Showcase, a quarterly webinar where we walk through product updates, demo new features, and give you a first look at what's coming next.

Capture in-the-moment feedback with Live Intercept

The most valuable customer feedback often appears in the middle of an experience.

It happens when someone gets stuck in a workflow, questions a price, reacts to a message, or discovers something they love. But by the time a survey arrives or a research session is scheduled, that context may be gone.

Live Intercept helps teams capture the moment as it happens.

Set a trigger anywhere on your website or inside your digital product. When a customer meets the condition, a widget invites them to share feedback. With one click, Marvin’s AI Interviewer launches an AI-moderated conversation right inside the experience.

Capture feedback in the moment

The customer can talk through what they are seeing and share their screen to show exactly where they got stuck. The AI Interviewer follows your discussion guide, asks relevant follow-up questions, and adapts in real time based on what the customer says.

When the session ends, your team receives a Slack notification with a link to the recording and transcript. A product manager or designer can clip the moment, share it with engineering, and act while the feedback is still relevant.

Live Intercept is fully customizable. Teams can add their own branding, choose custom triggers, write a discussion guide, or start from a template. Marvin then analyzes the completed interviews and surfaces key findings. Teams can create clips, build highlight reels, prepare reports, and publish findings to a branded insights library.

What this means for you: Instead of asking customers to remember an experience later, you can learn from them while they are still in it. That means richer context, more useful feedback, and a shorter path from discovering a problem to improving the experience.

Get better answers with Agentic Ask AI 2.0

Companies invest heavily in collecting customer data through interviews, surveys, support tickets, UX studies, and other customer conversations. But when an important decision needs to be made, that knowledge is often scattered across teams, tools, and projects. The answer may already exist, but finding it can require hours of manual work.

Agentic Ask AI 2.0 takes a different approach to finding the answers you need. Instead of asking a single AI model to answer a complex question in one pass, Marvin deploys specialized agents that work together like a research team.

Some agents search for relevant information across projects, sources, and time periods. Others analyze the data, connect patterns, look for conflicting signals, and check that important details are not missed. Citation agents trace every finding back to its original source, while synthesis agents bring everything together into a clear answer.

After you ask your question, Marvin provides a quick response while deeper analysis continues in the background. You can see what it is exploring, review richer visual outputs, and trace every finding back to the original interview, document, spreadsheet, or support ticket.

Get cited answers from institutional knowledge

What this update means for you: You can ask harder questions without manually searching and cross-referencing every source. Agentic Ask AI does the digging, checks its work, and gives you a clear answer you can verify and act on.

Give Ask AI a Shared Source of Company Context with Organizational Memory

Customer feedback is only one part of the context teams need to make good decisions.

Marvin’s Ask AI may know what customers said, but understanding those conversations can also require knowledge of your products, terminology, brand, strategy, and ways of working. Without that context, teams often have to explain the same information in prompt after prompt.

Organizational Memory gives Ask AI a shared, persistent source of company context. Admins can upload documents including brand guidelines, internal terminology, product descriptions, competitor information, and research standards. Marvin reads and organizes those materials so Ask AI can apply that context across future queries.

When someone asks a question, Marvin decides where to look. It can draw from customer research, company context, or both, then bring everything together into one answer.

What this update means for you:
Your team spends less time repeating background information and gets answers that better reflect how your company, products, and customers fit together.

Organizational Memory is available now on Enterprise and Custom plans, via Admin Settings.

Protect participants and preserve context with precision-first PII redaction

As more customer knowledge becomes available across the company, protecting it becomes even more important.

But, privacy controls can pull teams in two directions. Redact too much, and you lose the context that makes an insight useful. Protect too little, and sensitive information may remain visible.

We introduced two new controls to help teams strike the right balance.

The first works on the protect side: anonymize speaker identities, so you can shield who said something. The second works on the preserve side: identifying specific words that should remain visible during redaction. These might include product names, company names, or industry terms that are essential to understanding the feedback.

What this update means for you: Marvin protects what needs to stay private while preserving the context teams need to understand and use customer feedback.

Bring more customer data into Marvin with the new Import API

Import API is Marvin’s #1 most requested capability!

At many companies, customer knowledge is spread across many different teams, tools, and systems. If that information cannot flow into your knowledge repository, teams are left with an incomplete view of the customer experience.

The new Import API gives teams a flexible way to automatically sync all data sources into Marvin (with a little help from your friends in engineering or IT).

Sync data into Marvin from all your apps

Once your team connects new data sources using Marvin's API documentation, data can flow in continuously. You no longer need to wait on a native integration. You can bring in audio, video, and text files, CSV data like survey responses or online reviews, and PDFs, PowerPoints, and Word documents.

Those sources become part of the same searchable customer knowledge as everything else in Marvin.

What this update means for you: However your customer data reaches you, it can reach Marvin too. Your team gets a more complete view without relying on manual uploads or disconnected systems.

What's coming next

The updates we launched this summer make it easier to collect, understand, protect, and connect customer knowledge. We also gave attendees a first look at our upcoming product roadmap.

Mixed Methods Study

Combine structured survey questions with AI-moderated follow-ups in one study to understand not only what people think, but why.

AI Personas

Chat with simulated profiles built from your customer knowledge to explore ideas and get directional feedback before investing in new research.

Team Workspaces

Give every team a dedicated place to organize projects, manage permissions, and collaborate while contributing findings to the shared knowledge repository.

Marvin Ask AI in Microsoft Teams

Marvin Ask AI is coming to Microsoft Teams. Soon, more people will be able to access customer knowledge and ask questions without leaving the place where they already work.

And that's a wrap on our Summer Product Showcase.

Put together, these updates close the loop between building and learning.
Search what your company already knows.
Capture what's missing, the moment it happens.
Let AI do the digging.
Get an answer you can actually trust when the decision is being made.

AI is shortening the build cycle. Our job is to make sure the insight cycle keeps pace. So the people shaping what gets built next never lose touch with the people they're building for.
