Today, we're launching Agentic Ask AI in the Marvin platform: the first multi-agent AI search built specifically for customer research.

Instead of relying on a single AI model, Agentic Ask AI deploys a team of specialized research agents that work together autonomously. They break down complex questions, find relevant data across your workspace, cross-validate findings, and surface evidence-backed insights.

The challenge of scattered customer knowledge

AI modes aligned to research needs

With today's launch, Marvin now offers three distinct AI capabilities, each optimized for different research needs:

  1. Ask AI is best for quick answers with citations from the most relevant and recent data when you need immediate insights.
  2. Agentic Ask AI (NEW) is best for extensive multi-agent investigation across all historical and real-time customer knowledge, when you need a comprehensive analysis of complex questions.
  3. Deep Research is best for in-depth analysis of a single study or project with structured, shareable reports when you need thorough documentation for stakeholders.

These modes reflect how research actually works. Some decisions need immediate answers. Some require understanding complex patterns. Some call for a complete, presentation-ready analysis. Now you can move seamlessly between all three.
