Prayag has spent his career at the intersection of research, technology, and entrepreneurship. Before Marvin, he co-founded and led LeadGenius. He previously worked as a researcher at the University of Helsinki, studied at UC Berkeley’s School of Information, and published more than a dozen papers on human-computer interaction, user-centered design, and artificial intelligence.
Ryan Glasgow
Ryan Glasgow is the CEO and Founder of Sprig, an AI-native survey platform built to replace legacy vendors like Qualtrics and SurveyMonkey. Sprig combines long-form and in-product surveys with session replay, heatmaps, and AI-powered analysis in one modern platform so research and product teams can uncover sentiment, understand behavior, and make smarter product decisions faster.
Ryan founded Sprig after experiencing firsthand how slow and fragmented research workflows limited product velocity at fast growing startups. Today, leading companies including Figma, Notion, Peloton, Coinbase, PayPal, and Dropbox run their research programs on Sprig.
