It's Monday, and your VP wants an executive readout of Q3 customer research and feedback by Tuesday. From a question to a finished deliverable

Say you type: "Build an executive presentation summarizing all of our Q3 customer feedback." Ask AI sends several AI agents to search your whole repository in parallel, across research studies, support tickets, product feedback, and NPS responses. You can follow along as they work, with expandable thinking steps that show which projects, files, and people they're reviewing. If the request is ambiguous, Ask AI asks a clarifying question before it starts, so you don't end up with the wrong deck.

When the analysis is done, Ask AI builds the deliverable and opens it as an artifact alongside the conversation. You get a finished presentation, chart, or visual report to review right away, instead of a wall of text you still have to format. Want a different angle, a tighter executive summary, or a slide per customer segment? Ask a follow-up and Ask AI revises it.

Deliverables work in both Ask AI modes. Standard handles everyday requests in a few minutes, and Advanced takes longer to go deeper across large repositories and complex synthesis.

What makes a deliverable ready to share?

Creating the deliverable is one part of the process. Making sure it is tailored for each audience, is backed by reliable research, and reflects your business is just as important. Ask AI takes care of those details, too.

Your research, presented the way you need it

The person reading a readout is rarely the person who did the research. Ask AI lets you tell it who the deliverable is for and what it should look like:

• Format: Ask for a presentation, a chart, a table, an infographic, or a visual report such as a journey map. If you don't specify, Ask AI picks the format that communicates the answer best.
• Scope: Point Ask AI at specific projects or data sources, such as a single study, last quarter's support tickets, or every interview with enterprise customers.
• Template: Upload your team's deck template to a project and ask Ask AI to follow it.

Your deliverables, cited and ready to share with confidence

A deliverable is only as useful as the trust stakeholders place in it. Claims in Ask AI responses carry a citation chip that shows how much evidence supports them across your research. Click it to see each source, with the transcript excerpt, a timestamp that jumps to that moment in the recording, and a match percentage showing how closely it lines up with the claim.

Citation chips in Marvin show how many files the evidence comes from. Five passages from one file is one source, and five passages from five files is a pattern. So when a VP asks “where did this come from?” the answer is one click away, and you can see how well the proof supports the finding and explain it with confidence.

Sharing follows the same rules as the rest of Ask AI. Deliverables stay private unless you share the conversation, so you decide when a draft is ready for other people to see.

Your deliverables, in your company’s voice

Deliverables are more useful when they reflect how your company talks and what it’s trying to achieve. With Organizational Memory, admins add shared company context such as strategy docs, product roadmaps, terminology, and tone guidelines, and Ask AI draws on it whenever it builds. A readout can use your team’s language, and a messaging analysis can start from your existing positioning.
