Turning Research Into a Competitive Edge

LIVE WEBINAR on April 22, 2026 at 1pm ET/10am PT

For years, research helped teams reduce risk.

But the world of product development has changed.

When building products is faster than ever, the real differentiator isn’t execution — it’s understanding users and markets better than everyone else.

Leading organizations are starting to rethink the role research plays across product, design, and marketing teams.

In this session, Prayag Narula sits down with Jo Widawski, CEO of Maze, to explore how research is evolving into a true competitive advantage.

They’ll explore:

  • Why research is shifting from an insurance policy to a strategic advantage
  • How teams can scale and democratize research across their organization
  • The growing convergence of user research and market research
  • What the rise of AI-moderated research means for the future of insights
  • How leaders can build a research stack that drives faster decision-making

Can’t join us live? Register anyway and we’ll send you the recording after the session.
