On trial: Is AI Accelerating Research or Flattening Insight?

LIVE VIRTUAL EVENT on Wednesday, July 22nd at 1pm ET/10am PT
Good research lives in what you observe. The moment you hand your interviews to an LLM, the context disappears and only the transcript remains.
Owen Sanderson calls this "lost in transcription." Prayag Narula isn’t sure the gap is as big as it looks.
July 22. Two research leaders. Join us as they debate and discuss one big question:
Do insights still stay rich and layered when AI does the listening — or does synthesis and speed flatten what we worked so hard to find?
What you’ll discover:
- Whether AI gets you "good enough" or just 75% of the way there
- Stories from the field: what a cruise terminal taught a room full of doctors
- Why someone needs to watch the controls when AI is the autopilot
- How to prompt AI in a way that preserves depth
This one’s for market researchers, UX researchers, insights leads, product marketers, and anyone who's quietly wondered whether an AI summary captured what mattered most. Join the debate.
