Before Included Health, Mahad co-founded Gobee Group, a global design consultancy focused on human-centered innovation in healthcare and social impact. Over 13 years, the firm partnered with Microsoft, UNICEF, the World Bank, and the Clinton Health Access Initiative to develop health products and technology solutions across 25+ countries.
Mahad holds a PhD from UC Berkeley and brings a research-driven approach to translating complex user needs into actionable product direction and measurable business impact.

Eniola Abioye is a seasoned UX Researcher, educator, and coach with a deep passion for empowering others to build user-centered products and meaningful careers in UX. With over a decade of experience across big tech, healthcare, and fintech most recently at Meta and Silicon Valley Bank, Eniola has led impactful research initiatives at both agencies and enterprise organizations—translating user insights into actionable strategies that drive innovation and inclusivity.

Alexis McNutt Unis
Alexis McNutt Unis is a researcher, facilitator, and strategist who’s passionate about making complex problems simpler, clearer, and more human. She currently serves as Customer Research Lead at OnePay, where she helps teams better understand customer needs and turn insights into actionable decisions.
Previously, Alexis led UX research teams at SoFi and Better, partnering closely with product, design, data, and engineering teams to shape customer experiences and establish scalable research practices.
