We are excited to announce the official launch of Marvin.
Marvin is the first-of-its-kind user research platform designed out of my frustration with understanding customer needs. After a year in closed beta testing, we’ve learned a lot about how Marvin can help companies. Our mission is simple — to help companies be more user-centric — and we are excited to take a huge step in helping companies do so.
This launch wouldn’t be possible without the support of Sam Altman’s Apollo Projects and Chris Howard’s Fuel Capital, who co-led our $3.8 million pre-seed funding round. We are also thankful to our other investors Scrum Ventures, Hack.VC, Global Founders Capital, House Fund, and Gaingels. Several angel investors: Holly Liu, Thejo Kote, Jack Altman, Scott Banister, Chris Nguyen, Kun Gao, J Zac Stien, Perry Ham, Eric Koslow, and the Braigel brothers joined the round.
Talking to Your Customers is Hard
Talking with your customers is the best way to better understand your users and your market, accelerate product innovation, increase customer loyalty and reduce churn. In other words, if you want your business to succeed, talk to a lot of customers and get feedback — early and often.
